2010-2011 Syllabus is Ready

Even though we are still waiting on our textbooks, I wanted to go ahead and post the syllabus so everyone can see what the course will look like as we proceed throughout the year. Just follow the navigation links in the navigation menu. Or just follow this link.

Remember, the syllabus is not exhaustive. We have a basic framework of the course and we are sticking to that. I will be providing supplementary readings (primary sources, secondary sources) throughout the course. I will increase these readings if I suspect the class is having trouble with a particular period – so make sure you are reading and taking good notes!

See you in our discussion group, too!
